In over 20 years of practice, I can thoroughly recommend working with such tracks long term. In this way you can bring about lasting change. You can use such tracks while also working with a hypnotherapist face-to-face. My Hemi-Sync^® tracks are: Calm and Peaceful; Creating a Slim, Healthy Body for Life; Creating a Positive Future.
